Some more evidence.

Master Xehanort stated that he who gives into darkness is not fitted to wield the keyblade.
Nomura said the fact that Roxas and Sora can dual wield keyblades is because of Xemnas.
Perhaps Terra gave up his keyblade to Ven when he gave himself into the darkness.

Also, when Xemnas is in the room of sleeping, there is a suit of armor in there, Aqua's armor. Xemnas calls it "My Friend".
Xigbar says that the other 'friend' would be in the room of awakening, which Xemnas didn't make yet.
Perhaps this has to do with where Roxas would be found or where Sora was put to sleep by Namine.

(Whether you've seen it or not, this video takes place before Sora gives his heart for Kairi, because Zexion and Xigbar say that 11 members of the Organization is not enough and that the newest member is Mar-something. in other words, just as Marluxia is turned to a nobody and before the births of Roxas and Larxene)


In a video from Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix+, Xigbar is seen talking with Zexion. He tells Zexion that he overheard Xemnas in the "Room of Sleep" speaking with someone and calling that person an "Old Friend"
He goes on to tell Zexion that years ago people with the blade of keys (keyblade) fought a great battle. When the battle was done, a man appeared at hallow Bastion with no memory: Xehanort.
Zexion then talks about his assignment at Castle Oblivion, a place used to study memories as stated in Kingdom Hearts Chanin of Memories.
Xigbar also says that Xemnas may be seeking a place called the "Room of Awakining" where the other "Friend" may be hidden.

Now, we all know why Ansem the Wise wanted to study the darkness in peoples' hearts; it intrigued him. But do we know why Xehanort agreed to be the test subject in the experiments? No. But I think that the 'Memories of Xehanort' play a key part in this reason. The heart holds thought, feelings, emotions, and memories. Perhaps Xehanort agreed to be the test subject in hopes of regaining his memories. Now, when King Mickey spoke with Ansem the Wise, telling him to stop the experiments, Xehanort decided to unlock his memories himself, with the help of the five other assistants Braig, Dilan, Ienzo, Even, and Eleaus. The accident happened and the first six members of Organization XIII were born.

Xemnas' reasons for making a Kingdom Hearts in Kingdom Hearts 2 were never really explained, but the motive of the organization was: To restore their lost hearts. Xemnas most likely was making Kingdom Hearts to restore his heart, and once restoring his heart, restoring his lost memories.

This goes back to Terra being Xehanort. Xigbar says that after the battle, Xehanort showed up, but 'Xehanort' is a name given to him by Ansem the Wise. His true name is unknown. Xemnas also refers to Aqua'a armor as 'Old Friend' as if she were there with him. The only way that Xemnas would know Aqua, is if he was there with her during the battle, and the only way he would know Ven (according to Xigbar's assumption) is if he was there with him during the battle, leaving Terra the prime suspect of Xehanort's TRUE identity.

Though his eyes were originally Blue, I believe that due to darkness, his eyes slowly turned Brown, because it was inside of him, as confirmed in the secret video. Then the real darkness came out once he was turned into a heartless and Nobody. Other similarities include facial features.

In short, all of this backs up my theory that Terra is Xehanort, and that the new Kingom Hearts project may be a prequal leading up to the events of Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts 2
