[Shattered Redemption]

It is the dawn of a new millennium, the year 8000. Throughout the times, Earth has been through a lot, civilizations rising and falling, wars, diseases, famines, infestation. The list goes on and on. Even so, Earth has survived. Earth has always survived, though survival is such a broad term, and so with that notion, the Earth has been consumed with death......... Though Earth has survived trial after trial, the inhabitants of the planet have not. Since the first invasion around the year 3200, the number of races on the planet has increased exponentially, and one race after another has been wiped out, or rather fused into fewer as interspecies breeding took up effect shortly along the crisis that nearly wiped out Earth for the 5th time. Most places on Earth are now either completely destroyed, overrun by beasts, or simply too unmanageable to be dealt with, however the populations decrease also has helped with this problem, as of now there are approximately 800,000,000 beings left alive on the planet and most of them live in a single place that was established around the year 6000.

Pantaos.
Pantaos, the eternal city of paradise and wonder. At least it was anyway. Built by the people for the people, Pantaos was the consolidation of the hopes and dreams of those left on Earth, those whom had survived the hellish conditions of the planet, and ferocious wrath of both the world itself, and those whom were upon it wishing to survive in any way possible. Technology increased from years past, this enormous metropolis was completed in a matter of years, and over the years it grew larger, got more distinct, having levels and sectors, and ultimately flourishing, becoming inside is little sector compared to the rest of the dying world; an empire in itself.

However.......empires rise and they fall, sometimes it takes a long time, and at other points in time it goes fast. Those whom sought to control Pantaos would end up causing war inside the city itself, developing far more problems than those seeking sanction cared for, but as one is always forced to choose a side in one way or another, even if it is for the tiniest amount of time, there are ways found to beat the opposition.

Magifusion.
The technology above that of the rest. Nearly 300 years before any of this occurred, it was discovered that a race that quickly died out had left behind technology that drew upon a substance that generated magick as a systematic form of energy that could be mass produced, and so was turned into a weapon in battle. Humans and other races alike had long since abandoned being mere flesh creatures as there were numerous diseases and afflictions spreading around, so in one way, or another, cybernetics were introduced, and it was found that by converting that of magifusion into a chip easily implanted in the body warriors of great power could be made, from even the weakest being. The city erupted into chaos soon after, battles waging all over the place, and Pantaos itself being nearly wiped out by war-fare when from the start it was a place to get away from it all, but they do say "power corrupts". The fighting died down, but it never stopped, remnants of the war inside Pantaos still present.

Virus Aftermath.
Now the year 8000, Pantaos is half in ruins, not a single area that is still completely intact after the wars that on and off were ongoing for as long as anyone can remember. For about 50 years Pantaos has been afflicted by some kind of virus that those born get at birth........... You live in Pantaos, and yet wonder whom is keeping the city going?? Why are you the way you are?? Is there a reason why Pantaos has yet to crumble, or why the sky is green and ever filled with fog when you once read a passage about the gorgeous blue sky?? Pantaos is partially your playground, so stay alive and explore it. Thus the answers you seek may come to you.

Magifusion chip abilities

Strength-
Advanced strength, able to lift about a ton

Fire-
Can control aspects of fire and create attack and such with it

Speed-
Able to move at high speeds, and at close range dodge bullet speeds

Water-
Manipulates water, and can fluidly control its aspects

Sight-
Has increased sight, can see far distances, or pick up on things not obvious

Light-
Control over the light element, can herald blasts of photonic energy

Hearing-
Able to hear far away, can pick up on frequencies that others can not

Dark-
Has power over the shadows, can use attacks that have matter warping properties

Telekinesis-
Power to use the mind to move, and manipulate objects

Wind-
Usage of wind is simplistic, able to summon gales and gusts of wind

Flight-
Body is able to sustain flight without help from another source

Electricity-
Electrical attacks are usable. Lightning can be summoned, and bursts of powerful static are available Accuracy-
Has extreme accuracy, able to hit targets, and areas with no effort.

-I won't bother to restrict language or romance, but beware of KHI's rules on this matter During battles, things can be interesting. Please try to be accurate, and to make things simple if multiple fights are involved, state in OOC at the bottom of your post who was attacked, and how.Continuing from that kind of information, slight power playing is allowed during fights. An example is saying that you kicked someone, or something of the sort and it connected, because the fight will flow better that way., but take note that you cannot impale someone, or say that you hit them with this massive beam of energy

Counter Attack sequence

Annoying she watched the blast used fired get dodged, and went on the defense, blocking the kicks with her arm, though the force from the last one pushed her back.

Those with the virus of a micro organism that feds on the body's cells at a constant, but seemingly slow rate. the body has been replaced almost entirely by machine parts as to halt the viral process, but to control the body that is not empowered, numerous magifusion chips are implanted to stabilize the body, and energy from the weapon infected, or ambient energy from build up is needed to live.

Pantaos Immersion Sequences
The Ougi that your character can perform. These attacks are ridiculously strong, but consume massive amounts of energy. Once unleashed, they are unavoidable, but can ted with an attack of the same level. Note that these attacks can only be used once per battle, and must be connected to your weapons if you are Weapon Infected, Cybernetic Implants and Magifusion chips if you are Cyber Infected, and Flesh Infected, these attacks must fall in line with your Viral Immersion Ability.

I know this, but it seriously kills the idea of having any kind of roleplay section, but of course there aren't many many members, and the ones here don't seem to be that inclined to role play anyway.

Persona: If you were too spent anytime with Spencer you would agree that if you had to explain him in one word it would be paranoid. He thinks that everything happens for a reason and if the slightest thing goes wrong then it is simply not meant to be. In thinking this, he can sometimes be his own greatest enemy especially since he prefers long range combat with his sniper rifle. He is jittery when not behind the scope of his rifle, constantly asking any questions that come to mind. Many ask if he has OCD and all get the same answer "yes". When he is alone he is most paranoid thinking that every sound is an assassin come to avenge their fallen comrade.
Appearance: He is a slightly short man at 5'8" and around 150 lb.

Immersion Weapons : ( would it be ok if they weren’t dual weapons just 2 weapons or should I change this?)
A sniper rifle capable of firing at amazing distances and speeds so much so that the user could walk away before the bullet hits its target. Of coarse he would never do this unless the danger or chance of discovery was too great, for he must confirm each kill
A shot gun that is seldom used, carried around more as a precaution, contains a grenade launcher to increase options on the battle field.
Bio: born into a family with significant power at the time is got marksman training and was protected as a child from opposing forces. He was to become the right hand man of the new head of the family; he was taught how to order people into battle how to use strategy to overcome his enemies. His instructor was seeing potential in him that he would be a good body guard. To ensure that he would do anything for the new bosses life they were raised together to bond them and make them each others friend.
Everything was going as it should, until the day that would be his final test. They had gotten information that an opposing family would make a raid and try to kill the new boss to ruin the family. As it would be a large raid he would have to stay and defend the house and so would the new boss, but to make sure that they wouldn’t succeed in their coup they had extra security helping him protect the new boss. As the battle raged on all they could do is wait incase they made it close enough to them. BAM they hear the door in the next room bust open, this was it they could get into this room any second. Suddenly he heard a BANG, but this one was different it came from behind him the extra security killed what they were protecting they were paid as by the other family. He quickly disposed of them as their only advantage was the element of surprise. He rushed out killing the rest of the raiders Rambo style yelling "You killed him, you sons of mitches*". He shot all of them again to make sure they were dead before storming out. Not knowing what to do now that his entire world has shattered to pieces around him he wandered aimlessly through the city. Until he finally decided to get out away with his mobster-like family, he faked his own death and changed his image and face. Always being careful not to get recognized determined to get revenge for those who did this to him and his friend. That is the reason why he is paranoid

Pantaos Immersion Sequences
Power Shot: increases the power of a sniper round enough to pierce any armor or attack and if survived creates an opening for future attacks
Shot Blast: spread to area of effect to massive proportions making a direct hit almost certainly fatal, can create a hole into anything
Grenade barrage: builds pressure into the launcher to make them RPGs and is used up to 3 times but once is usually enough to finish a large enemy off

Dual doesn't mean that they have to be the same kind or whatever. You just need to have two

Not my place at all to say, pick what you want, but i advise you to choose something that you are certain your character would need, but more so, what you are willing, and able to control in your posts.
